About Gates, Gators, and Golf Carts: An Epperson Community Podcast
This podcast is for residents of the Epperson community, located in Wesley Chapel, Florida, home of the first Crystal Lagoon, a 7.5 acre freshwater pool and activity center. Each week I sit down with a resident of the community to talk about who they are, what they have going on in their life, and then dive deep into all things Epperson, and even some topics outside our gates.
On This episode we talk to Rachel Garneau, and discuss her and her families life after the military. We talk about her experience as an Air Force On-Air Broadcaster, her passions that include all things Lagoon and Medicinal Marijuana and how it has changed her life.

On this episode we continue our conversation with Geri Sanchez. We get into her loss of two very important parts of her life with the passing of her father from Covid and the loss of her dog Coco. We'll then dive into more of her Life, things that most people don’t know, like the fact that she wears hearing aids. But then we'll wrap things up with more things real estate as we discuss tips for homebuying and building, the growth of Wesley Chapel and her view of the future of our community.

Geri is a resident of Olive Brook Drive and one of the original pioneers of our Epperson Community. She is mostly know as a local real estate agent @FloridaHomesWithGeri, but in this episode, you will hear what drives her to be successful, how much her parents and family played a role in her becoming a strong, independent woman, and also the rough, emotional start to what's sure to be her most successful year yet!
