A New York Christmas Wedding (2020) - Just Gals Being Pals (On Christmas)
In this episode we discuss the 2020 gay Christmas romcom, A New York Christmas Wedding.
Hear all about the ways this movie takes the "angel shows you an alternate reality" trope in a new direction, why one of the leads being bisexual really adds to the themes of the film, and they REALLY shouldn't have done that one bad plot twist.
We also briefly go over all the other gay Christmas movies that have been released this year (there are more than you think), and we go on an extended tangent about our own personal cultural contexts for this sort of religions approach to the topics of Christmas and queerness.
