20. Warum hast du dann unterschrieben? – Loyalität ohne Selbstverrat
In dieser Episode erzählt Jörg Huber von einer Situation, die ihn noch Jahre später beschäftigt: Ein scharf formulierter Brief an einen wichtigen Kooperationspartner, den er mit unterschrieben hat – obwohl sich innerlich alles dagegen gewehrt hat. Im vertraulichen Gespräch distanziert er sich später von Inhalt und Tonlage – und bekommt den Satz zu hören, der ihn bis heute begleitet: „Warum hast du dann unterschrieben?“ Wir sprechen darüber, warum Loyalität nie bedeuten darf, das eigene Wertesystem zu verraten, welchen Preis es hat, „nur der Einheitlichkeit wegen“ mitzumachen, welche Fragen sich Führungskräfte stellen sollten, bevor sie ihre Unterschrift unter kritische Dokumente setzen und wie innere Rituale, kurze Pausen und das bewusste „In-sich-Hineinhören“ helfen, in heiklen Momenten klar zu bleiben.
