Die Studierenden des Masters Gesundheitskommunikation (kurz GeKo) an der Universität Erfurt setzen sich mit unterschiedlichen Gesundheitsthemen auseinander und bereiten diese als Podcast-Folgen auf.    06 - Instagram, TikTok & Co: Wie können wir Social Media bewusster nutzen?

   In dieser Podcast-Folge geht’s um das endlose Scrollen auf Social Media. Kennt ihr bestimmt: Mal kurz aufs Handy schauen und zack, eine Stunde später fragt ihr euch, wo die Zeit geblieben ist. Paula ist der Frage nachgegangen, was das eigentlich mit uns macht? Sie spricht darüber, warum wir so oft in diesen “Scroll-Modus” verfallen, wie uns das beeinflusst und was wir dagegen tun können. Der Trick: Achtsamkeit! Klingt fancy, heißt aber nur, bewusster zu entscheiden, was wir tun. Wissenschaftliche Studien zeigen, dass das hilft, weniger impulsiv zu scrollen und unsere Bildschirmzeit runterzufahren. Im Selbstversuch hat die App OneSec gezeigt, wie ein kleiner “Nudge” vorm App-Öffnen hilft, weniger oft automatisch ins Instagram-Loch zu fallen.
