這幾年教學中我發現， 很多來上課的人， 表面上是想學唱歌。 實際上是在尋找： 「自在表達自己的能力。」 有些人從小不敢拒絕別人。 有些人習慣壓抑感受。 有些人總是照顧別人，卻忘了自己。 當聲音開始打開時， 改變的往往不只是歌聲。 而是整個人的狀態。 開始比較敢說： 「這是我的想法。」 開始比較敢表達： 「這是我的感受。」 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
