#18 "SAFE" Room für überwältigende Gefühle
<p><strong>Angst Gefühle zuzulassen adé - Dein SAFE Room</strong></p> <p>Um Dich herum wird es ruhig, aber <strong>Du findest dennoch keine Ruhe?</strong> Manchmal ist es sogar unerträglich wenn es abends stiller wird. Die Angst vor den unangenehmen Gefühlen in uns steigt und wir versuchen uns abzulenken.<br> Das Ergebnis: <strong>Wir drehen uns im Kreis</strong>, denn Gefühle sind da um gefühlt zu werden. Jedes Gefühl hält eine Botschaft für uns bereit. Und diese Botschaft wird geduldig immer lauter und lauter, bis wir sie endlich wahrnehmen.<br> <br> Um künftig überwältigende Gefühle nicht bloß auszuhalten oder Dich abzulenken habe ich den <strong>SAFE Room</strong> für uns kreiert.</p> <p>Gemeinsam erschaffen wir uns einen sicheren Raum, in dem wir uns erlauben können, die Gefühle anzunehmen und zu spüren.</p> <p>Du bist ein wichtiger Teil dieses gemeinsamen Raumes.
