嗨，你多久沒有好好為自己生活了呢?
近期在歐美國家 TIK TOK, YOUTUBE上掀起的 THAT GIRL TREND, 漂亮的生活，有質感的照片，好像他們把生活都打理的漂亮完美，類似像這樣的風潮在社群軟體上，激勵了別人開始生活得更健康，但同時也帶來一些負面影響，使人焦慮、產生比較心和自卑感。
什麼是"that girl trend"? 誰說生活就要塑造的和別人一樣? 該如何走出社群假象? 我需要向別人證明自己過得很好嗎? 要如何停止與他人比較，重新過自己想過的生活? 如何活得更像自己？
這集我分析了這個風潮的正面負面影響，也提供幾個給好久沒有為自己好好生活的人，過的更像自己的方法。希望你們喜歡；）

11:“My body, my choice.” w/ 蝴蝶朵朵種籽講師Sherry Lin
這集，我們再次邀請到南極長征隊，同時又是蝴蝶朵朵種籽講師的Sherry，帶著愛冒險又溫柔的心，加上對性別議題的關注，她跋山涉水遠赴偏鄉小學用繪本說故事，而這本以兒童性侵為題材的繪本，慢慢的孩子心中播下一顆種子，期望孩子們學習保護自己的能力。
根據2018年衛福部數據統計，高達九成通報性侵案件為熟人所為，包括直系親屬、家人朋友、職場關係等等，未成年的熟人性侵比例也高達七成。而這些都只是已通報的案件，又有多少擔心關係上的破裂而噤聲、
多少對性侵行為有錯誤認知而慢慢接受、更有多少躲在角落不敢求助的？
而「蝴蝶朵朵」繪本在談什麼？這個藝人隋棠也加入成為培訓講師的計畫在做什麼？身體自主權除了國小健康課本上標示的隱私部位不能讓別人碰觸以外，有更好的方法可以讓我們了解自己的身體界線嗎？而傳統社會的觀念又造成了什麼影響？性教育課程難以直接看到回饋，種子講師Sherry又透過什麼樣的心態，相信自己正在「播種」？我們該如何拿回自己的身體控制權，掌握自己的生命呢？
這集我們聊到的孩子的身體自主權意識和熟人性侵防治議題，這個在台灣社會普遍避諱不談，但卻極為重要的議題。
