[…] I think... Part of the reason why we're not doing those surgeries is so multifaceted. It comes down to how people are trained, certain negative attitudes around the idea of motion preservation. I think when you're in a conservative world like surgery in general, people are pretty slow to change for good reason. There have been things that have come up that haven't gone so well, but I think it can then that empowers people to just say, well, I don't need to do it that way. there's no proven benefit. I think we saw that a lot with cervical disc replacement. When that came out, there were a lot of people who were slow to adopt it until there was good long-term evidence that it did reduce rates of adjacent segment degeneration and adjacent segment surgery.
