[…] What am I, what are we doing here? Okay. So I am scouting the deals for my investors. So I'm looking to see that I can find that, particular asset class that matches their buy boxes. So whether it's RV, parks or multifamily property, they give me a criteria that they're looking for. I go on the phone, make contacts with broker agents or individual sellers and get financial information, background about the property. to see that if I have something that is worth bringing to my investors. I don't want to waste their time. They give me what it is that they need. So I'm actually doing the legwork and looking for that next deal for them to have that conversation with that seller or that broker if they see interest, enough interest in what I'm actually bringing to them.
