Podcast Overview

The 3rd graders from Asbury Elementary in Denver, Colorado went on a journey around the world researching issues that impact a child’s access to education. They read books about overcoming obstacles to learning, which inspired further research into these different challenges. Kids watched videos, listened to podcasts, and read different articles and texts to understand how educational experiences vary around the globe. After listening to other podcast examples, and with the help of a local podcaster, students learned to develop their own podcast episodes in order to share their learning.
