She has a passion for international health, development, and gender. She achieved a BA in Gender and Diversity in Germany, with most of her experience being in the sphere of sexual health. She has a degree in Health and Society from Dublin City University and a masters in Immunology and Global Health from Maynooth University. She undertook her MSc. thesis in Maastricht University where she did collaborative research on vaccine programmes and hesitancy. She did an internship with Gorey-Malawi Health Partnership and has done volunteering in various capacities.
