S2E14 Aaron Terrell Webb - How to Automate Virtual Client Retention with Real Customer Care
In 2015, at the age of 25, Aaron Terrell Webb launched his online services business - Webb’s Enterprises, LLC. Even with a Bachelor Science Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing, with a concentration in Small Business/Entrepreneurship, hiring coaches, and implementing his deep understanding of online marketing, his phone rarely vibrated with new business.
A heart to heart conversation with his pastor convinced him to take a step back. A giant step back to the point of leaving his fledgling online marketing business to focus on his full-time job at the Department of Veterans Affairs in Washington, D.C., and to allow God to humble and refine him as he waited for divine guidance of what to do next.
Long story…short, he finally felt the timing was right to ask God if he could start serving clients again in 2020. Aaron was simply a man before his time. Webb’s Enterprises, LLC was now back at a critical time in history when everyone was scrambling to get their business online. He says his phone has not quit ringing since! And he owes it all and DOES it all for the glory of God.

S2E13 Rhonda Noordyk, CDFA® - How to Leave Your Baggage Behind and Say Yes with Confidence
Rhonda Noordyk, CDFA® is a well-respected speaker, divorce financial strategist and podcast host of Disrupting Divorce - Conversations for Women. As a strategist, Rhonda helps her clients determine their next best financial move during divorce negotiations.
In 2014 Rhonda built a successful career in the financial industry, but after feeling misunderstood by her male counterparts, she felt called to have a better relationship with money and subsequently advocate for other women to do the same. She built a coaching practice around helping women ask the right questions and get comfortable with finances during what is traditionally one of the most financially difficult times - divorce.
Rhonda has not gone through divorce. Her feeling of disempowerment around money came as a child, growing up in a male dominant home. The emotional and mental process of owning one’s power and voice is the same. Divorce just happens to be the platform where she has felt called to serve women.
Rhonda has constantly surrounded herself with mentors to improve her relationship with money and her gift of communicating, which she discovered at the age of eleven when a mentor helped her write and present her first speech. She even got a college degree in Communications and feels a responsibility to use her voice for good.
Now Rhonda reaches women all over the world and helps them build the confidence to speak for themselves so they won’t be taken advantage of. Her gift is helping women interpret their own internal dialogue that is creating cognitive dissonance, and to speak up for them while she empowers them to speak for themselves.
Rhonda just launched a journal that gives women something cuddly to hold onto as they wade through the decisions and changes they need to make during a stressful time.
