Real estate investing can actually be for everyone.
This week, Matthias and Jordan wade into the unknown—well, at least the unfamiliar and uncomfortable…to them. It’s really not an intrepid journey into the outer bounds of knowledge. It’s just their struggle with marketing, which they swear is educational.
Not to be semantic, but, technically, they can’t advertise, so they must operate within a narrow lane of marketing. And they really want you to know that they feel the squeeze. Ok, maybe they just want you to know what they’re trying to accomplish when they “market.”
Wait a second? Is this episode also marketing? It’s definitely educational, if not in the way intended.

Matthias and Jordan talk through the causes of the current inflation levels, and what they think this rate hike means for the economy now and in the near future. Making Business Decisions
This week, Matthias and Jordan dive into an age-old tension: the need to work in the business vs. the need to work on the business. In other words, it’s always tough to find the time and perspective to step back and work on how the business could do things better for future success, rather than doing the actual things, now. Matthias talks through what he sees as his role as leader in this process, and both work through some of the challenges that can make this difficult and the choices and focuses that make achieving improvement goals possible.
The discussion runs a bit philosophical this week but realizes its vision in the end. It’s an all-new Get Invested.
