The life you want to be living, the job you want to have.</p><br><p>In this episode I talk with Graham Seldon, founder of professional services executive search firm Seldon Rosser. </p><br><p>Over Graham's 25 years career, he's learnt a lot about people who get in their own way. He’s helped candidates to own their career situation, and see things differently.</p><br><p>We also explore Graham's personal experiences, including losing a parent at a very young age, coming out as a gay man, understanding, exploring and overcoming his limiting beliefs, and how coaching and therapy has propelled his personal happiness and professional success. </p><br><p>One of my favourite things that Graham shares is that the answer is already inside, you just need to find it.&nbsp;We talk about mindset, perspective, and personal responsibility. How we all paint pictures, the value of self-reflection, how to bring your authentic self to work.
