How I rebuilt my confidence after hating myself for 20 years
<p>There is s a very common belief about confidence that the more you do, the more confident you get. Because confidence is built from action. While that is true is most cases, it wasn’t the case for me. </p><p>By the age of 24, i moved to a new country alone, walking on the street to deliver my resume in person, overcame my social anxiety by working as a waitress. I hit rock bottom at 25. Here's how I got out of it
<p>Hitting rock bottom is the most painful period of my life. I was out of a job, heartbroken, and moved back in with my parents. And to be very honest, I had no idea how I was going to get out of it. All I could feel was shame and pain, and all I could see was darkness.</p><p>But I tried anyway</p><p>.And bit by bit, days started to feel easier to get by. I started to cry a little bit less. Most importantly, there was hope again.
