Happy New Year! That's a Wrap!
<p>As we record on Sunday night, there is a lot going on. And as Mike says, the new year doesn't start until Tuesday because he doesn't have students until then. </p> <p>And Bob posts the show on Wednesday...</p> <p>We hash out a number of things, including the NFL games of the week, the bowl season that lasts longer than the regular season and some other things as they come to us. Bob did not take notes again.</p> <p>Some would say that this would be the first show of season 3 for us, but we are calling it the final episode of season 2. Things are going to be crazy for a while in all our lives and so we are going to step away for a few weeks, but we will be back before baseball season starts, which for us is February 26th!</p> <p>Make sure to listen to us on Anchor.fm by Spotify. They are taking the audio from our show and publishing it on all of your favorite podcast platforms and not charging us to do it. Which is probably a good thing considering the quality of content most of the time. Anyway, if you want to do a podcast of your own, they are a great way to get started with little investment. We Are Back (again)!
<p>The gang of three get together again this week and talk about a lot, or at least for a long time.</p> <p>Bob and Mike recap the weekend that was in Tulsa and Adam talks about what it is like to have a daughter turn 8. We all have some laughs during both of these segments.</p> <p>We turn to the NFL quickly so we can spend time talking about the upcoming bowl season, leaving out the CFP for the most part. There are a few match ups that we are interested in, but mostly it is the length of the bowl season and names of the bowls that we are looking at.</p> <p>We also take time to bash on MLB since they are in a lockout (after 7 minutes of talks!) and how the owners and their puppet Rob are killing the game.</p> <p>Thanks for taking the time to listen (or watch) on whichever platform you have picked as your favorite. Here We Go Again!
<p>The gang is all here again and we get started right out of the gate with the Adam rule being broken. Put your headphones on now!</p> <p>This week there is football talk, both college and pro, some MLB post season awards and some other things. Since we recorded on Monday and Bob is now posting on Friday, he has forgotten what was discussed. All the more reason to listen or watch!</p> <p>One thing that was not discussed was umpiring. I am not sure how we took a week off, but this will be corrected in our next episode. </p> <p>No Mixology with Mike this week either. It was a rough go as you can see by seeing two of Mike.
