The difference between Masculinity and Femininity and how to step into these energies on centre

What exactly is Masculinity and Femininity and how do we embrace both of these energy forces when we’ve always perceived that masculinity means man and femininity means woman?

In this episode Murray describes what it’s really about. How to understand these two energies. How to understand where it comes from and how it occupies people especially men.

"You will can really learn about the power and totality of these two energies" Murray explains, and how to embrace both. It is not a behavior nor an archetype but rather, an energy force that lives within us. Murray gives examples of what this looks like, understanding how and when to step into your clean masculine energy and clean feminine energy and how not to disown or distort either.

Murray gives his perspective and explains how his greatest teaches of this work are the participants he works with and how he supports them to become whole and balanced.

Learn about these topics and more on this episode of Getting Real with Murray Masarik.

Connect with us! >>

Instagram | https://www.instagram.com/real.education_/

Facebook | https://www.facebook.com/murray.masarik

Website | https://www.realeducation.com.au/

Identity Real Man

Would you like to know some insights on HOW the identity of a man is created?

Murray Masarik has been working in this space for 28 years, presenting personal growth workshops and seminars that explore this very topic.

In this episode Murray explores ‘what is an identity as a man’? and how he believes the identity of a man is created. He continues to expand on concepts taught in his Residential Real Man 1 Workshop which is the longest standing men’s personal growth and healing workshop in Australia.

Murray gives example of how his identity as a man was created by learning from others and from his strong conditioning growing up which created a separation from self.
Role models, grandparents, uncles, his grandfather, other family members, teachers, sporting coaches etc. Learning a piece of their identity that they too “borrowed” from someone else, that borrowed from someone else became a part of Murrays identity. This is what he calls an “identity that is not me”.

He learnt others spiritual philosophies, behaviours that was not his. He learnt their style of how to be a man.

But “I was not my own author” Murray explains. He realized inside your own identity you have your own qualities and principals that are true to you.

This is also linked to the concept of ‘shadow behaviours’ – which is our dark side with distortions and disowning and not taking accountability.

We have an opportunity to really understand the power of what our identity is as a man if we do the work. If we don’t clean up our shadow - we will still play out distorted or disowned behaviours.

At Real Man 1 Workshop we take people through an amazing and authentic journey and unbecome the old identity that is not them and return to something so amazing by themselves, filled with their own essence.

This episode is all about helping to understand the important of returning to yourself, your most authentic self and how to be the author of your own life.

Learn about these topics and more on this episode of Getting Real with Murray Masarik.
