SPIRITS & FRIENDS - GHOSTS OF OUR PAST

Some stories weren't meant to be told... We had to take a little break... the stories we have decided to share are very personal and some revealing truths took a little bit out of us and we needed time to process... we also needed time to convince our childhood friend to join us on this episode and give us some clarity. It was both beautiful to share and beyond mesmerizing to relive some moments that we hadn't discussed in over 30 years! We have known Matt almost our entire lives and it was amazing to be able to share this together... SUBSCRIBE! ENJOY!

CHURCH - GHOSTS OF OUR PAST

Some stories weren't meant to be told... We had a conversation with someone we went to school with during our time in Camberwell, South London that further validated our experiences... the main goal for us creating this podcast was to build a safe space for the kids and grown ups that were and are just like us... That very well may be YOU or someone very close to you! So many stories coming from people who look just like us, who grew up just like us. Each Episode, we discover something deeper, we go even further down this rabbit hole and now we are not alone so we aren’t afraid of what we may find!
