Coaching Young Leaders
Trisha Alexander is the Head Varsity Women’s Lacrosse Coach and is also the Director of STARS at Cardinal Gibbons High School. Her experience as a collegiate athlete brought her to coaching in the Raleigh area, and eventually her relationships in the community brought her to work at Gibbons. Her love for her sport, combined with her natural energy and commitment to building strong relationships has led to the development of a state-championship winning women’s lacrosse program, with 4 championships already under her belt in her short time at Gibbons. There is so much more to coaching young leaders than teaching them about the sport- listen in to hear more about how she develops both a culture of leadership and winning on her team- on and off the field.
