GIGI's ROUND N' ROUND : EP.8 Time to Trees, Horticulture, How I grow my indoor plants.

Hi, guys Welcome back to the new Episode! Today, I'll talk about Plantery, Horticulture and how I start my own indoor garden. All plants are bought from Plant nursery-garden or shops along the intersection of 1800 and 777 street in Phnom Penh. Or else, you can search "Soun Penhchit" location in Google map or Piseth Garden, it'll show several gardens/plantery along the road. I spent around 3 hours there, walking along the street, in and out almost every single shop. There are different types of trees/plants and price. The weather was quite hot on the day I went, i was soaking in my sweats and I could feel my face was burning though I was wearing sunglasses and hat. Ok, let's start! I now own 9 trees with 8 types. 1. Monstera, price 17 USD. 2. Fiddle leaf fig, price 7 USD with small size 3. Rose jasmine, I bought them for 3 USD each. The rose jasmine is quite rare here, but you can easily find Arabia jasmine. 4. Ficus elastica/rubber plant/Indian rubber plant, 12 USD with the height around my chest (I am 6 feet 4 inches) and my ficus is the variant which its leaves are white, dark green, light green. Some may call "Ficus elastica variegata" 5. Snake plant/Dracaena trifasciata, price around 1-1.5 USD, mine has 4 leaves. 6. Calathea, price 7 USD 7. Areca Plam/Bamboo palm, price 3 USD 8. Peace lily, price 5 USD I've got No. 1-6 since 17 August 2021 and the other 2 since 21 August 2021. For the care guide, I've been searching from the internet. You can finf loads of information over the internet, by the way, it depends on each plant and its nature. The information I share is just what I've gathered and summarized. You have to adapt it with yours, so do I. Hope this Episode will lead you joy and provide a little more information to create your own garden! Thanks for listening.

GIGI's ROUND N' ROUND : EP.5 ACR guidance for Covid 19 vaccination in RMD patients

Hi, everyone I am a Rheumatologist working in Cambodia and as I promised you guys previously that I will share some recommendations in Covid 19 vaccination, here I am today. Yayyy!! This episode I will provide some information about American college of Rheumatology (ACR) guidance for Covid-19 vaccination in Rheumatic and Musculoskeletal disease (RMD) patients (Updated 8th Febuary,2021.) You can search the original paper on Google or any search engine web browsers. This is my first time English speaking publicly on my channel, thus if there's anything wrong please forgive me, I'll practice more on my pronunciation, vocabs, etc. if you have any suggestions, you can send your direct message to me via Anchor application or Anchor.fm, https://anchor.fm/gigisroundnround/message * ACR guidance is based on mRNA vaccines available in the U.S. ** Guidance should be applied and individualized by Rheumatologist or clinicians. *** If you are one of RMD patients, you should visit your rheumatologist/clinician before getting covid-19 vaccination because there might be some drugs adjustment or discontinuation.

GIGI's ROUND N' ROUND : EP.4 Update Life in Phnom Penh after 1 month.

55555 HI, everyone welcome to Episode 4: this episode has more casual feeling like taking to your friend, not so formal and I remove the old pattern of intro beat and some description. I found myself having some improvement for this episode, I can speak clearly and more fluent. Thus, no recoding edit has done so much in this episode. Hope you enjoy my story.

EP. This episode is just a small talk (or I'd like to call it as an "interlude" before the next episode). I'd like to talk about my life after moving to the new workplace and comments from my perspective. Let's jojn me in listening to the music '"Film out" by BTS (OST of Japanese movie : signal.) --> edited I removed the song due to copy rights, you guys can listen to this song via Hype labels, Big hit entertainment or BTS's official site. GIGI's ROUND N' ROUND : EP.2 Quarantine talk and What's Ambivert?

FORBES.com (Apr 26, 2016) "9 Signs That You're An Ambivert" By Travis Bradberry 1. I can perform tasks alone or in a group. I don’t have much preference either way. 2. Social settings don’t make me uncomfortable, but I tire of being around people too much. 3. Being the center of attention is fun for me, but I don’t like it to last. 4. Some people think I’m quiet, while others think I’m highly social. 5. I don’t always need to be moving, but too much down time leaves me feeling bored. 6. I can get lost in my own thoughts just as easily as I can lose myself in a conversation. 7. Small talk doesn’t make me uncomfortable, but it does get boring. 8. When it comes to trusting other people, sometimes I’m skeptical, and other times, I dive right in. 9. If I spend too much time alone, I get bored, yet too much time around other people leaves me feeling drained.
