About Gimme a Break presents - Just Sayin' with Savy
Gimme a Break is a non-profit whose mission is to care for caregivers by giving an emotional and physical break as well as resources for continued well-being. We Do What We Do For You!
Welcome to the first episode of Caring LIVE with Evan & Savy, the hub for caregiver connection. We are lifelong caregivers on a mission to bring community to those who selflessly put others first. We want you to know that you too have a hand to hold and when together, we can make the caregiver journey a little easier for us all. Each week we feature topics ranging from self-care to respite resources to caregiver survivors just like you. You are home here, and we will certainly leave you more uplifted than you came. But most of all, we want you to feel that you matter too. We’re here to bring back the joy of Caregiving, and each week we help Caregivers RELAX – RENEW –RESOURCE – REVIVE, because we know you’re tired and frustrated and you DESERVE "CARING" because it's what we do, how we live and who we are! Join us every week where "Sharing IS Caring"! Welcome to a Community of Caregivers!
