I'm that bestie, the sassy, fiery redhead that will speak to you oh so "gingerly", about all the things! I mean, why hold back at any age but especially when we are past 40 baby! I have realized there is a lot of fun to be had and lots to unpack that I have squished away. Who says we can't have some laughs while doing the unpacking together? Join me in getting down, dirty, and speaking not so gingerly about topics we tend to avoid and in doing so, learn how to live our truly authentic lives! We have so much in common, so grab a glass of wine, a cup of tea, or coffee, and let's chat!
Judge or be judged, most of us know what it is like to be in both of those places. The issue is when that judgment stops us from taking the risks and steps we need to live our fullest lives. We may always care what others think about us to an extent, it's human nature, but how do we get to a place of understanding that the only true opinion that matters in our lives is our own?
