MY FIRST DOMINATRIX Session + How to Start

Hilary answers the question she gets asked most often: how to become a dominatrix. In this solo episode, she explores both the practical realities of entering dominatrix work and the deeper transformation that happens when a woman stops performing power and begins to embody it. Drawing from her own journey through certification, mentorship, early-session nerves, people pleasing, and nervous system regulation, Hilary shares why this work became about far more than technique. She explores feminine authority, self-worth, pleasure, boundaries, and reclaiming power, while introducing resources created for women who want greater safety, confidence, and embodiment on this path. Takeaways: Becoming a dominatrix is about more than scripts, outfits, or technique. Embodied power comes from grounding, presence, nervous system regulation, and self-trust. Safety, communication, client vetting, and mentorship are essential. Dom work can reveal patterns of people pleasing, overgiving, and self-abandonment. Feminine authority is something you can reclaim rather than perform. The deeper work begins when you stop asking how to look powerful and explore what it feels like to embody your power. Ep.35: Dominatrix as Spiritual Practice: The Temple Priestess, Self-Worship, and Feminine Power

Hilary reframes dominatrix work as more than performance, connecting it to self-worship, feminine power, and ancient temple priestess traditions. In this solo episode, she explains how reclaiming desire, sensuality, and worth can shift both personal relationships and the way women hold presence and power. She also shares how her own path moved from surface-level wanting to be served into a deeper spiritual framework she now teaches through her Goddess Code methodology. Key topics Hilary explains how her desire for men to be “on their knees” began as a personal longing to be served, valued, and worshipped She connects dominatrix work to spiritual embodiment, dark feminine energy, and ancient priestess wisdom In this episode: how years of self-abandonment, guilt, and prioritizing everyone else led to resentment and burnout She argues that desire is a roadmap to purpose, pleasure, abundance, and fulfillment In this episode: how patriarchal and religious conditioning taught women to shame their sensuality and treat it as sinful She describes temple priestesses as embodied women who held reverence, boundaries, and sacred space, not as passive or self-effacing figures In this episode: how the crone archetype and menopause reflect the wisdom women are meant to pass down across generations She contrasts the role of the dominatrix as a modern expression of temple priestess energy with the shallow version of BDSM as performance In this episode: why sensuality, when treated as sacred, becomes a source of abundance, magnetism, and personal alignment She introduces her Goddess Mythos as the methodology behind her programs, blending therapy, somatics, nervous system work, subconscious reprogramming, and feminine energetics Timestamps 00:00 - Introducing Worshiped and the temple of the divine feminine 00:54 - How wanting men on their knees became the origin of her dominatrix path 01:36 - Why self-abandonment creates resentment and exhaustion 03:03 - Desire as a roadmap to pleasure, purpose, and abundance 04:25 - Fear of judgment keeps women from owning what they really want 05:56 - Divorce, rebirth, and choosing dominatrix work on purpose 07:01 - Dominatrix work as ancient temple priestess knowledge 08:45 - Priestesses as embodied, reverent, and fully in their power 09:40 - What reverence and boundaries looked like in the temple 10:39 - The sensual, abundant imagery of temple life 11:26 - Patriarchal attempts to erase goddess worship and feminine power 13:20 - The devaluing of the wise woman and crone archetype 15:53 - Systemic suppression of feminine knowledge and sacred spaces 17:23 - Rebuilding temple energy through women’s communities and mystery-school work 18:18 - What she learned in domination school versus what was missing spiritually 19:56 - Modern Doms as embodiments of ancient priestess energy 21:05 - Sensuality as sacred ritual rather than transactional performance 22:34 - Sensual energy as creation energy and a source of abundance 24:12 - Why shame around sex and sensuality blocks feminine power 25:22 - The descent, underworld, and rebirth process in her own life 27:23 - Energetic healing practices used in temple traditions 28:25 - The full spectrum of feminine energy: soft, harsh, nurturing, sovereign 30:20 - How dominatrix work transformed her self-worth and life 33:42 - Why embodiment matters more than role-play or performance 34:40 - The pillars of her Goddess Mythos methodology 37:01 - Introducing the Goddess Code coaching course and live coaching 38:59 - Closing thoughts on feminine mystery school embodiment and next steps

Ep.34: You're Worthy of Rest with Hilary Burton

Hilary shares a powerful solo reflection on why rest is not a luxury, but a necessity. Inspired by a recent trip to the Central Coast of California, this episode explores productivity, nervous system regulation, and the conditioning that teaches women they must constantly work, give, and earn their worth. Hilary dives into the ways overwork and self-sacrifice can disconnect women from pleasure, joy, receiving, and their own well-being, while offering a deeper invitation into self-worship, boundaries, and the radical permission to rest. Takeaways: Rest is not something you have to earn. Your worth is not measured by your productivity. Overwork can keep you disconnected from pleasure and receiving. Rest is essential for nervous system regulation and long-term well-being. Self-worship begins with prioritizing your own needs. You are allowed to choose presence, pleasure, and joy over constant productivity. Boundaries protect your energy and honor your worth. Taking care of yourself allows you to show up more fully for everyone you love.
