Chronic Illness Got Me Like AnxiousAF

This week we are Gabbin' about how living with Chronic Illness or getting any diagnosis can leave us feeling AnxiousAF at times! We are already dealing with the medical part, learning to accept the diagnosis, new medications, our new normal.  Yet all of this does not begin to peel back the onion layers of the day to day on how we feel.  The day to day of living with the pain, fatigue, emotions of all of this crap, which often leads to anxiety.  So this weeks episode, that is exactly what we are Gabbin' about!  How anxiety has affected both of our lives with our diagnoses.  We of course also Gab about some funny shit that happens along the way.  Why, because after all Laughter Is the Best Medicine, or at least a good belly laugh helps us get through the freaking day!
