   Episode 5 — Tyāga: Renouncing the Grip, Not the World

   What does true Tyāga—renunciation really mean? The Tejobindu Upanishad teaches that Tyāga is not abandoning our family, work or possessions; it is releasing the inner identification that says, “My worth and happiness depend on what I possess.” Through the recognition of the Self as Sat-Chit—Being-Consciousness, the burden of “me” and “mine” begins to dissolve. This episode explores how we can participate fully in life, fulfil our responsibilities and enjoy what we have—without allowing possessions, positions, relationships or achievements to possess us.

   Episode 4 — Niyama: The Art of Returning the Mind

   What does real mental discipline mean? The Tejobindu Upanishad defines Niyama through two powerful principles: सजातीयप्रवाह, maintaining the flow of thoughts aligned with the chosen truth, and विजातीयतिरस्कृति, withdrawing energy from thoughts that lead us away from it. Niyama does not mean never becoming distracted. It means noticing the distraction and consciously returning—again and again—until remembrance becomes the natural direction of the mind.

   Episode 3 — The Fifteen Limbs of Yoga and the Deeper Meaning of Yama

   The Tejobindu Upanishad presents fifteen limbs of inner Yoga and gives familiar yogic practices a profound Advaitic meaning. This episode introduces these fifteen limbs and explores Yama—not merely as controlling behaviour, but as regulating the senses through the understanding “सर्वं ब्रह्म—Everything is Brahman.” When our perception changes, self-restraint no longer remains suppression; desire itself begins to lose its unconscious hold over us.
