Kevin and Mike watch movies in which somebody skateboards at some point. Sometimes the movie will be about skateboarding, sometimes it’ll just be some rando in the background. They will interrogate it all.

1987’s Summer School stars Mark Harmon as physical education teacher and shiftless layabout Freddie Shoop, who is assigned to teach remedial English summer school to a bunch of misfits and outcasts! Along the way, it’s possible that the KIDS are teaching Freddie Shoop as much as he’s teaching them! There’s also Kirstie Alley and a dog named Wondermutt. And a very tiny bit of skateboarding. Blink and you miss it skateboarding. Still, enough skateboarding for Kevin and Mike to saddle up to discuss the Dave and Chainsaw of it all. So break out your peanut butter and jelly (bread is optional) and maybe a chocodile or two and tune into the latest exciting installment of GLEAMING THE TUBE!

One Battle After Another
One Battle After Another, which recently won Best Picture at the Academy Awards, tells a sprawling story about generational struggle, the relentless pursuit of ideological change, and the personal cost of activism. It's also got skateboarding in it, so Kevin and Mike have dusted off their microphones to take it on.

KPop Demon Hunters
KPop Demon Hunters is a 2025 American animated musical urban fantasy film that is also the most-watched movie ever on the Netflix platform! The film follows a K-pop girl group named Huntr/x who lead double lives as demon hunters; they face off against a rival boy band, the Saja Boys, whose members are secretly demons. And there is a tiny bit of skateboarding in the film during a Huntr/x video so Michael and Kevin, of course, watched this movie.
