So my view is that inequality in the aid sector is not accidental. it's built into the system so it shows up in who controls the money who makes decisions who whose knowledge is treated as experts yeah and who carries the risk when things go wrong so in i have experience from so i have experience from a few angles and i can touch on that so before i fully moved into international development i was like i mentioned a registered health and social care manager in the uk So that work taught me that people closest to the problem usually understand what will work, but the rules often sit and are written somewhere else, not with them.
