Podcast Overview

The Goatstown ETSS Podcast is a project that grew out of our annual publication of an anthology of student writing, known as the SCRIPTORIUM. The project is enabled by our Transition Year (TY) students creating a mini publishing company each year, called Goatstown Press. The students create the publishing company, write the stories, poems, essays and contribute artistic pieces of work. They also edit each others' work, layout the book, design the cover, market and sell the book.

This podcast is where we discuss and reflect on the amazing creative endeavours of our students and where we offer them the opportunity to talk about their submissions and their creative processes.

We also intend to expand the project, over time, to create opportunities for all our students across the school. We aim to support students involved in other creative and worthy endeavours by providing opportunities for them to express themselves and showcase their talents.

Hosted on Acast.
