<p>The reason why the turn-of-phrase ““Talk is cheap” resonates is that it is inherently true. Particularly in the political arena, it is very easy for candidates and elected officials to talk a good game with lovely platitude, but actually governing and serving their constituents well requires righteousness—which is in short supply! In this episode, the guys discuss the current political claptrap regarding the LA mayor’s race, the midterm elections, and the resistance of some believers to Christian nationalism. Scripture references include Matthew 21:28-32, 1 Samuel 15:24-26, Psalm 24:1 and 82:8.</p>

<p>With the ever changing political landscape that we are living on, the God and Government team discusses the Iran War, progressive Christian politicians, and election integrity issues in this episode. While the Bible speaks to these issues in many more, the guys could only reach a question—why?— instead of reaching a conclusion about these matters. This episode will give listeners food for thought as Scripture references include Ecclesiastes 3:8, 2 Samuel 11:1, and Leviticus 19:35-36.</p>

The team will analyze the alleged fraud and immigration enforcement crises in Minnesota first and foremost, and will also address hot button issues related to Venezuela, Islam, communism, and thoughts on what will happen in 2026 as the year progresses. Scripture references include Proverbs 17:15, Proverbs 19:28, Luke 14:31-32, and Ephesians 5:11-14.</p>
