<p>Honestly, this podcast should really be called Catholicism and Protestantism explained because technically, they are both under Christianity. But that all gets explained in today’s podcast! So, what is the difference among all of these? Well, in today’s episode, I walk through the history of how the church developed after Jesus, how traditions got started, and why the Reformation in the 1500s was such a turning point. From indulgences to the role of priests, to praying to Mary and the saints, I break down the history of the Catholic church and the protestants and explain what the difference is and what Christianity is! </p><p><br></p><p>Today’s Song of the Day is “Open Arms (Hallelujah) by gavn!</p>
