Have you ever felt like you were fighting against yourself like there was a battle raging within your own mind and you had no ideas on how to win in fact it was a fight that consumed me every walking moment until one day something changed I let go of my past relinquished my anger and openly fought the fight to become the person I was meant to be
This podcast is about my own journey. A journey of self discovery self acceptance and ultimate self love.
They say that God has gifted each one of us with an unique mind that hold immersible potential but often wonder how many of us truly understand the power that lies within our own thoughts for so long I was blinded by the distractions of the world unaware of the incredible force that resides within me.
It was only when I learned to look inwards to truly know thyself I began to unlock the secrets of my own mind. It was process of letting go and shielding the weight of my past.
See our past has away of holding us captive trapping us in a cycle of negative emotions and self doubt and when we choose to release those chains when we know longer let our past define us that is when the real journey begins.
I made a conscious decision to let go to free myself of the burdens of yesterday and embrace the infinite possibilities of today in doing so I discovered something incredible my anger once a raging inferior within me had died from lack of nourishment it was no longer able to consume me because I refuse to feed it instead I chose love I chose to love myself unconditional flaws and all because I knew that strength lies in accepting ourselves just as we are along this journey I befriended myself it may sound strange but learning to understand why I had suppressed my emotions why I had suppressed my true self was pivotal moment of growth.
I came to realize I had being my own worst enemy holding myself back from the greatness that was within me waiting on it to be unleashed but no longer I came my own convenient my own cheerleader and my own guide.
I relearned to be compassionate with myself to offer the same empathy I would extend to others and doing so I came to really know and appreciate the precious mind that resides within me perhaps the most profound realization of all is that is that God resides within us.
We are in fact Gods highest form of creation.
This understanding changed everything for me it shifted my perception. my beliefs and my very essence.
I came to see that the Divine is not something external to be sought its something internal to be embraced we carry the spark of divine with us and its true this awareness that we can begin to tap into our true potential.
Together lets explore the depths of our mind and embrace the beauty of our souls and unlock the power that lies within.
Its time to fight the fight and become the person you were always meant to be. Its time to know ourselves and love ourselves and ultimate become one with the Divine
