Let God Navigate: A Christian Podcast For Women

Let God Navigate: Lean Not to Your Own Understanding — This Is the Way! Welcome back, sis! 💕 In this episode of God’s Not Done With Her, Dr. Javare’ invites you to stop trying to figure everything out on your own and learn what it means to truly trust God and let Him navigate your life. Our foundation scripture is Proverbs 3:5–6: “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” Sometimes God only gives us one step at a time. Just like a navigation system gives you the next turn when you need it, God may not reveal the entire journey. He asks us to trust Him with the next step, obey His direction, and believe that He knows the way. In this episode, we talk about: What it really means to lean not on your own understanding Why God may only give you one step at a time Learning to trust God when you cannot see the entire path The importance of developing a genuine relationship with God How the Holy Spirit leads, teaches, and guides us What it means to cling to Jesus instead of relying on ourselves The connection between trust, obedience, surrender, and faith Ruth's commitment to Naomi and what her story teaches us about loyalty and surrender to God How God can lead you into an appointed time and place God's ability to redeem, restore, and bring beauty from ashes Why your relationship with God is more valuable than anything this world can offer Dr. Javare’ also shares from her own journey with Jesus and how God has used seasons of stretching, refining, waiting, and obedience to teach her to see life from His perspective. Scriptures Mentioned 📖 Proverbs 3:5–6 📖 Isaiah 43:19 📖 Psalm 119:105 📖 Psalm 62:8 📖 Ruth 1:16–18 📖 Matthew 6:33 📖 Psalm 37:5 You don't have to know the whole route when you know the One who is leading you. God wants to navigate your life. He wants you to trust His Word, follow His direction, surrender your plans, and cling to Him through every season. Don't rush the route. Don't take unnecessary detours. Don't lean so heavily on what you understand that you miss what God is showing you. 💕 Continue Your Journey With Jesus During her own walk with Christ, Dr. Javare’ realized that knowing Jesus as Savior was only the beginning. She wanted to know Him as Father, Friend, and Lover of her soul and learn how to intentionally spend time with Him.
