He Trains Ghana’s Police & Military… But Started With Nothing!
In this episode of the Gold Circle Podcast, we sit down with Freeman, founder of Loyce Fitness whose journey defines resilience. He currently trains Ghana’s Police and Military elite, but his story didn't start in a position of power, it started with wanting to make a change for the youth!
We dive deep into the mindset required to rise from the streets to the highest levels of tactical training. This isn't just a story about fitness or defense; it’s a masterclass in discipline, entrepreneurship, and the "Gold Circle" mindset needed to build a legacy against all odds.

In this solo episode I talk about launching the first episode of the Gold Circle Podcast, a vision that has come to life. I also share how I started podcasting about nine years ago, before it was even called podcasting, with a show called "Behind the Mind," where I interviewed guests such as Stedman Graham (Oprah Winfrey's partner) see the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lt9q-7P77Q4 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lt9q-7P77Q4) Learn from successful entrepreneurs and millionaires we interview every week.
