廖天琪：在以和平抗争助推柏林墙倒塌的莱比锡重温刘晓波精神遗产
2026年，中国2010年诺贝尔和平奖得主刘晓波在囚禁中逝世九周年。总部设在德国的“欧洲之声”和总部设在英国的“中国研究”联合举办纪念活动和首届“刘晓波人权奖”颁奖活动。活动选择在德国城市莱比锡举行。为何选择莱比锡？这座城市与刘晓波的精神遗产有何关系？首届人权奖为何同时颁给一位德国牧师和中国公民记者张展？同时举办的中国宪政民主讨论会特别聚焦了台海和平与中国民族问题。这些议题与刘晓波的理念又有何关联？主办机构之一“欧洲之声”社长及独立中文笔会名誉会长廖天琪女士会议活动结束后接受采访，回答了我们的提问。

香港“离散之声”影展与对跨境流动现实中自我定位的思考
巴黎香港电影节主办方CUBE 2026年6月20日至21日，首次举办“离散之声”单元影展, 以香港为核心元素，呈现这座城市在不同时代所见证的离乡漂泊故事。开幕影片《风继续吹》、《水牛》（Le Buffle d’eau）以及影展期间放映的著名导演王家卫2015年完成的故事片《一代宗师》则相互呼应，勾勒出香港从中国内地流亡者的向往之地，到新一代港人出走他乡的出发地的命运转换。纪录片《水牛》以影片导演Anaïs Mak 的父亲在文革期间冒死从广东渡海逃往香港的经历为核心，为反映当代港人被迫流亡故事的影片《风继续吹》中的一句话：“能逃出来就是你最大的成功“做了最好的诠释。但主办方延续2025年巴黎香港电影节主题 « Ancrage » (意为“锚”，或“定锚”)的思路，从港人再度踏上流亡之旅的经历出发，正努力将视角扩大到当今世界，探讨国族、国籍、故乡等传统的身份标签与个体在异地他乡的社会与文化背景下自我定位、重塑身份认同的关系，思考在人员跨境流动日益频繁的当下，落地生根的现实对中华传统文化中“根”的逻辑的挑战。影展主办协会CUBE的两位创始人张乐勤和Kenneth介绍他们的想法。
