<p>LGBT法案（LGBT理解増進法）のインターネットの反応は、全体的に芳しくないのですが、</p> <p>この法案の成立には、LGBT当事者にとって画期的な意味があります。</p> <p>それは、LGBT法案の3条（基本理念の条文）において性的指向、ジェンダー・アイデンティティを、「基本的人権」として、「個人として尊重</p> <p>されて、「不当な差別は許されない」という文言が法案に明記された意味は大きいと思います。</p> <p>今後は、LGBT理解増進法はそのような認識のもとで、組織が作られて、全国的な理解増進が進むでしょう。</p> <p>その結果、LGBT差別、トランス差別はやりづらくなるわけです。</p> <p>そういう意味で、今回のLGBT法案の成立は、LGBT当事者にとって画期的な勝利都であると私は考える。 </p> <p> </p>
