Good News Church is located in the growing suburb of Yukon near the western border of Oklahoma City. We are an interdenominational church welcoming people from a cross section of church backgrounds. Our mission is to reach, to teach, and to equip our generation with God's Word. We offer ministries for all ages to help people to grow in their Christian faith.
Small thinking constrains spiritual destiny. God calls His people to elevate their vision beyond mere survival and align their expectations with His unlimited covenant promises. The Lord does not merely offer passive approval, but releases a commanded blessing over our storehouses, our daily labor, and every enterprise committed to His purpose. When we walk in obedience and divine alignment, God establishes us as a holy, distinct people—positioning His servants to be the head and not the tail, above only and not beneath. This supernatural elevation is never intended for self-aggrandizement, but to serve as a compelling, visible testimony of divine favor to a watching world. God desires to open His good treasure over your life, empowering you to lend rather than borrow and to influence rather than conform. By expanding your vision to match God's covenant scale, you break free from scarcity mindsets and step boldly into your calling as a conduit of Kingdom authority and abundance.

Lessons on Forgiveness
Biblical forgiveness is not a passive emotional response or a compromise with wrongdoing; it is a decisive, grace-empowered command rooted entirely in the cross of Jesus Christ. The Apostle Paul instructs believers to aggressively strip away the toxic spiritual weight of bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and malice—internal poisons that pollute the soul, destroy fellowship, and grieve the Holy Spirit. In their place, we are commanded to intentionally cultivate kindness, tenderheartedness, and active pardon. The biblical standard for extending mercy is never determined by an offender's merit, remorse, or capability to pay us back, but by the overwhelming reality of our own redemption: "even as God in Christ forgave you." Harboring resentment paralyzes spiritual growth and erects internal strongholds, whereas extending radical grace releases divine freedom. By aligning our horizontal relationships with the vertical mercy we have received, we break the cycle of offense, honor the Spirit, and mirror the transforming love of Christ.

A Faithful Witness
True Christian testimony is firmly anchored in the supreme, sovereign authority of Jesus Christ—the ultimate faithful witness who proclaimed divine truth without compromise. In a culture shaken by moral volatility and political power struggles, John’s apocalyptic vision provides a towering perspective: Jesus is not merely a spiritual teacher, but the firstborn from the dead and the sovereign ruler of the kings of the earth. Before any earthly institution or authority, Christ holds absolute dominion. His testimony was driven by an enduring, redemptive love that broke the power of sin through His own blood. Because our King has already conquered death and sits enthroned over history, our call to be faithful witnesses does not depend on human approval or favorable cultural conditions. When we fix our gaze on His resurrection power and undisputed lordship, we are empowered to stand unshakeable, carrying His truth into every sphere of influence with bold, unyielding conviction.
