For many—especially within the Black community—these moments are not abstract. They are personal, historical, and heavy.

In this timely conversation, I sit down with Loki Mulholland, filmmaker, activist, and son of legendary civil rights worker Joan Trumpauer Mulholland.

Rather than reacting with outrage alone, this episode invites us to pause and ask deeper questions:

How do we respond to racism without losing our humanity?

What does courage look like in moments of division?

What responsibility do everyday people have in shaping a more just future?

Loki shares powerful lessons from his mother’s life—lessons rooted in moral clarity, quiet bravery, and sustained action. This is not a conversation about politics. It’s a conversation about people, principles, and personal responsibility.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, angry, discouraged, or unsure of how to move forward, this episode offers something different:

context, grounding, and a path toward meaningful action.

🕊️ This is an invitation to listen.

🕊️ To reflect.

🕊️ And to choose courage—right where you are.

Join the conversation:

What stood out to you in this episode?
