In this episode we are honored to have a guest, a former student of mine. He shares his story about overcoming depression and how to deal with it. He said an important factor that levels up your mindset. and that is "acceptance".  Warren on the other hand shares his view on the pain of a break up. What are the important factors to consider before doing something that could lead to a mistake. And Icko shared his story of overcoming homelessness. He says that hunger wasn't a problem but rather he couldn't do his job as a provider and it was killing him from the inside. As always thank you for giving us some of your time to spend it with us.
