How Abiding in God Transforms the Chaos of Motherhood into Fruitful Joy

In this episode of the Gospel Minded Momma podcast, host Anna Marti explores what it means to "abide in God," drawing from John 15:1-11. Managing Motherhood with ADHD: Finding Hope, Strength, and Identity Rooted in Christ

In this heartfelt episode of Gospel Minded Momma, host Anna Marti opens up about navigating motherhood with ADHD. She shares her personal journey — from being dismissed during testing in the late 1990s to finally receiving a diagnosis that brought clarity and validation. Anna candidly discusses the overwhelm of household management, sensory challenges, and feelings of isolation, while firmly anchoring her identity in Christ rather than her diagnosis. Through scripture and prayer, she lovingly encourages struggling moms to find hope in God, reminding them they are daughters of the King — seen, valued, and never alone.

Books

Children’s Picture Book: Henrietta Harmonica Finds Her Song — a gentle, Scripture-rooted story to help kids and families find hope in grief: "00:09:26"

Scriptures Mentioned

"Genesis 1:26-27": "00:12:00"

"2 Corinthians 5:17": "00:15:51"

"2 Corinthians 4:7-10": "00:15:51"

Ways to Support

Share Henrietta Harmonica Finds Her Song with friends, family, and your church community

Subscribe, rate, and review the podcast to help other moms find gospel-centered encouragement

Share this episode with a friend who needs hope today

Want to start a podcast?
