Guidelines to attend online Exams

Dear Parents, 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Kindly read the below 👇🏽mentioned instructions on Mid Term Exam for students of grade VI from 18/11/2020 and ensure your child follows the same compulsorily: ▪️👩👦Students should log in 10 mints⏳ before the exam i.e., 9:50 AM on all exam days. ▪️The exam ⏰duration for VI shall be ⏳3 hours for 80 marks ▪️Students 👩🏻👦logging in after 🕙10 AM will not be permitted to take the exam ▪️Switch on the video on your screen and do not switch it off till the exam gets over as 👩🏻👦students will be supervised during the online exam duration. ▪️You should be clearly visible🧐 to the online exam supervisor😎 till the exam gets over. ▪️You are not allowed to leave the camera for reasons like drinking water🥛 and washroom🚽. ▪️Keep your drinking water bottle🥤🍶🥛🧂 besides you. ▪️Keep your microphone🔇 on mute mode after you log in till the exam gets over ▪️Make sure that there is 🚫no disturbance🤫 from anybody till the exam gets over. ▪️You are not allowed to exit the online exam till 🕐1 PM for whatsoever may be the reason as re-entry/re-admit is not allowed. ▪️Avoid 📵incoming calls during exam and 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦parents should use an alternate contact number for incoming and outgoing📵. ▪️There shall be no 🤔doubt clarification about any question in the question paper. ▪️Students should 📝write📋 the answers in ruled long paper only. ▪️Question paper📄 shall be sent to all students via WhatsApp group and displayed on the screen. ▪️Write your answers in legible handwriting📝. ▪️Follow the prescribed time limit⏰ ▪️Read📖 all the questions carefully ▪️Attempt all the questions ▪️Write📝 the correct question number as it appears in the question paper📄 ▪️Usage of whitener is strictly prohibited🚫.
