In a culture fueled by fear, social pressures keeping us silenced, and childhood hurts masking our identity, Grace for Breakfast was created to help you recover who you were born to be.
Relationships can be hard after not seeing them modeled healthily for us or experiencing a painful childhood. We’re determined to break the patterns for our kids and communities. We’ll have compassionate conversations on grace in every season and how to bring unity back to our families and communities.
We hope you leave encouraged and equipped with tools for self-recovery, and it all starts with a little bit of Grace for Breakfast. Hosted by Iviana Bynum, a writer, poet, photographer, and workshop facilitator.

Ep 105: Getting back to baseline
Lets reimagine fresh starts and vision boards from a nonconventional place. Lets rethink this year and focus on peace and stability. In this episode, we explore a new approach to vision and goal-setting amidst the backdrop of a significant life I'm going through. Reflecting on past years' goal-oriented visions, lets talk about the importance of establishing a strong foundational 'baseline' of mental wealth, focusing on peace, stress management, and foundational habits.
