You are loved, Understanding God’s love for you will change your heart, it is like a glass filled with dirty water, the more you pour into that glass clean water, the more the dirty water will flow out of the glass, the clearer, and clearer the water becomes. when the love of God comes into your heart , it flashes out the unwanted like bitterness, envy, impatience, anger, pride and whatever you are struggling to get rid of. God's love will flush it out.

Episode 12: Managing your expectations of others will make you much happier than you think.
Your expectations on other people is a load to heavy for
them to carry, please off load them.
Its unfair for anyone to put their expectations on another
human being. Expecatation is a physical vocubrary for faith. Faith is
spiritual, so in the everyday language faith is to expect from God, so when you put expectations on anyone ,you're putting faith in
a person . “I expect you to behave this way “ means I have put my faith in your ability to behavea certain way .
Expectations have a reward for the expectant,
meaning someone’s behaviour will yield you something.
We expect our children to behave a certain way because we
want to feel good as parents or be a ‘proud parent
When you put your expectations on other people, You do not
give them a chance to be themselves.

Do not lose hope, encourage yourself in The LORD
Proverbs 13:12 - Hope deferred makes the heart sick,
but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life.

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
