Cory Johnson and David Larmour are joined by Sensei Seth Adams for a discussion of Pankration. Sensei Seth Adams has been involved in martial arts his entire life. He was originally taught Karate by his parents around the age of 3. Sensei Seth also played football throughout college, so he has an extensive background in understanding body mechanics, leverage and athleticism. His style is heavily influenced by Karate, with a kick-centric fighting style, but learns and teaches with an open mind anything that works! He also travels, filming entertaining content with other martial artists. He puts out a lot of his teachings on Instagram and YouTube, with a goal of helping as many as possible become interested in martial arts.
