<p>154 new listings this week in Greenwich's Spring Market - which continues to heat up! Some more inventory on the market which is great - but only 8 are under $1M. So net/net - it's time to upgrade as the +$3M range is really starting to take off right before school year end. Mark also discusses some "funny" updates that the Town of Greenwich is making to its schools and famed Greenwich Ave. </p> <p>Plus, Russ takes a reflective look on his rise in the business and the "old school/new school" methodologies of doing real estate.
