Unshakeable Integrity: Doing the Right Thing in Spite
When you say one thing but do another, it weakens your character.
When you lie to yourself, you create a disconnect and find conflict in life.
Many times our integrity is tied to our ability ti be successful in our relationships, careers, jobs and business, but also in how we show up for others and for ourselves.
In this podcast, we discuss the ethics of kindness, how we cannot say we are against animal cruelty, while at the very same time, pay for it simply due to habit and social norms, and how this shakes our characters and foundations, the building blocks for life success.

Philosophy - Morality Is Judged By the Victim
You know that feeling when something doesn’t sit right… but you go along with it anyway?
Most of us have been there.
We’re taught what’s “normal.”
We’re told what’s acceptable.
And over time, we learn to ignore that quiet voice that questions it.
But holding that contradiction — knowing something causes harm, yet continuing to support it — is exhausting.
In this video, we explore a simple but confronting idea:
morality isn’t defined by the person making the choice…
it’s defined by the one experiencing the consequences.
When we apply that honestly — not just to human rights, but to all sentient beings — the line between right and wrong becomes much clearer.
The difficult part isn’t understanding it.
It’s facing it.
Because once you see it, you can’t unsee it.
But there’s also something people don’t talk about enough:
the relief that comes when you stop resisting that truth.
When your actions finally align with your values…
there’s no more mental gymnastics.
No more justifying.
Just clarity.
This isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about being honest.
If it wouldn’t be okay for you —
why is it okay for them?

Human Factory Settings
Just like a new mobile phone, humans come with factory settings.
For humans, that factory setting is EMPATHY.
Over time, societal conditioning that is forced upon all of us by pressure groups, controlling education, controlling the influences of what we buy, work to override our factory settings.
Today we talk about the young animal rights activists who have the strength to stand against the conditioning, no matter the exclusion by peers.
Yes 99% of humanity can be wrong and yes 1% of the population can be the outliers who recognise our inherent factory settings and stay who humanity were meant to be.

The Raw Truth - With Gary Yourofsky
We might not like the truth but we must live with that truth.
Some will say that the truth is flexible and has nuance. However, this is only where opinion intersects with truth.
Opinions shape morals and morals shape actions.
Then there are the morals we tell ourselves and others that are important to us, but those become weak-lip service when we look at our choices, the injustices we commit upon others and the harm we do for selfish pleasures, hidden behind false cognitive dissonance.
Gary Yourofsky speaks to Vegan Action Global about how we can strengthen our moral baseline to become meaningful, intentioned people
