#31 “How can we make the students feel it’s their library, not ours?” Kristin Meyer about her work as an UX librarian
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Grand Valley State University library is famous for their radically student centered building and library. Kristin will tell us the story of one library that wants to create a permission culture, is working with iterative improvements and is asking themselves: How does this benefit our users?</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Although they had a brand new, beautiful and expensive building, they realized that they had to find ways of working that adapted to change and picked up new user needs and behaviours. #30 Uncut: “Vi skulle egentligen behöva pausa”. Per Axbom om ansvar och etik inom digital utveckling

#29 Vem har makten över vår uppmärksamhet? Daniel Anundi om mentala processer och hur man påverkar en människas beteende
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Hjärnan är så otroligt fascinerande. Kognitionsvetaren Daniel Anundi guidar oss genom en värld av basala ganglier, “confirmation bias” och selektiv uppmärksamhet. Vi människor har bara möjlighet till ett begränsat fokus, vi har ett mål och vi skapar scheman där vi stoppar in saker i fack för att förklara världen. Det här styr väldigt mycket av hur vi beter oss. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Vi är dessutom dåliga på att veta vad vi gör, varför vi gör vissa val och vi “efterrationaliserar” gärna för att rättfärdiga våra beslut.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Om någon jackar in i de här sakerna på rätt sätt går det att styra våra beteenden.
