And she, and she heard that and it really, you know, stuck with her because we're thinking mental, but in the case of like you said, having a double mastectomy, that's something that's not visible to other people and they don't know what you're going through. It's the, it's the invisible wounds, but there's also the invisible illness where you look so healthy, but that's, like one of the worst things you can say to somebody who is going through a health crisis or has chronic health things where inside they don't feel I always say my outsides don't match my insides yeah yeah but there are days where I might look better you know on the outside but on the inside I it is they're they're invisible wounds or they're all different kinds of scars in life Yeah, absolutely true.
