Today's topic is something that a lot of people dread, that's Pet Loss. Your host and Grief Coach Jenna Bonner is welcoming her friend and past college roommate, Kathryn McMillan to the show to discuss the journey of pet loss. Kathryn shares that she was in her 30's when she had her "first pet" that she shared with her ex-husband. After taking on a care-giving role, Kathryn quickly fell in love with the Boxer named Keller who unfortunately had degenerative myelopathy and eventually ended up in a wheelchair. Kathryn's company is FCL Builders. She is the Director of Business Development for a national construction firm and has been with the company over four years. She travels across the U.S. supporting customer relationships and building new ones.
