About Grounded & In Full Color | Neurodivergent Mom Studio for Overstimulation & Life That Fits Your Brain
Grounded & In Full Color is a neurodivergent mom podcast for overwhelmed mothers who live with sensory overload, scattered systems, and full hearts. Hosted by Prynsecc Ebonye, an autistic mom of three, it blends real-life stories, gentle-ish parenting, low-spoons homemaking, digital creativity, and nervous-system care. It’s a soft, lo-fi space for moms building sustainable routines, repairing patterns, and creating a life that finally fits their brain. Your weighted blanket in audio form. It’s the place you land when you need grounding, clarity, and permission to breathe again. For real life💛
Your Failure Résumé Is a Treasure Map: A Short Practice for Moms Who've Tried Everything
You've tried everything, and you've got the list to prove it. This short practice episode of Grounded & In Full Color turns that list into something you can use.
Ebonye, a late self-recognized autistic and ADHD mom of three, calls hers a failure résumé: twenty-something things she tried that didn't stick, from courses to a coloring book to day trading. Here she walks you through reading your own the way she learned to read hers, as a treasure map. Three things that didn't work, two questions for each (what's here, and what can I use?), and a star on whatever keeps showing up. It's the idea at the heart of her first book, The Anchor Effect: your buried treasure exists because of your struggles.
There's a version for days you've got nothing left: one item, one question, said out loud.

Why a Neurodivergent Mom of Three Wrote a Book in the Middle of All This
Why would a late self-recognized autistic and ADHD mom of three write a book in the middle of everything? Season three of Grounded & In Full Color opens with the real answer, and it isn't the tidy one.
Prynsecc tells the story behind The Anchor Effect, her first book (ships January 8, 2027): two years mostly alone in a 750-square-foot apartment, the day she caught herself handing her mother's resentment down to her kids, a failure résumé more than twenty bullet points long, and the video that got 453 views. Then the turn: a book taught her brain a system that stuck + her hair kept telling the truth when she couldn't.
You'll hear why hair is the last inch of your nervous system, what she means by an anchor, and the question to ask yourself first: what in your life is already working without your effort?

Season 3 Starts *Next* Week!
I had a plan for Season 3.
Then my calendar reminded me that plans are, apparently, a suggestion. 😂
Season 3 of Grounded & In Full Color starts next Tuesday—and this season, I’m building The Anchor Effect out loud.
For the next six weeks, we’re talking motherhood, overstimulation, neurodivergence, sensory logic, capacity, and the weird little rules our brains make for very good reasons.
No fixing first. No mountaintop advice. Just naming what’s happening from the middle of it.
And yes, we’re talking about the book.

You’re not behind. You’re not broken. And you’re allowed to start on the “wrong” day and still start.
Season 3 begins next Tuesday. Let’s go.
