150. A Guide to Biofeedback, Neurofeedback, & Your Vestibular Disorder
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">You’ve probably heard the words ‘biofeedback’ and ‘neurofeedback’ floating around the internet. And you’re also probably wondering what they mean and if they’re worth your time and money when you have a vestibular disorder.</p> <p class="wp-block-paragraph">I’m answering all of that in this episode!</p> <p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Biofeedback is a type of mind-body technique to control some of the body’s function.
